About me
My approach to therapy and healing is rooted in the understanding that our experiences with systems of power and oppression, as well as the space we have to hold our pain, can deeply impact our connection to ourselves, our bodies, and our communities. While I welcome anyone who feels called to sit together, my approach resonates most with individuals who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, survivors with C-PTSD, neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and/or emotionally intense, artists, activists, immigrants, and/or children of immigrants, people who struggle with substance use, and people who navigate non-ordinary states of consciousness.
The conditions of our world are traumatizing and disabling. You are not broken, you live in a broken system! Our struggles and our joys are interconnected. In our work together, we will learn to listen, hold, release, and transform. In small, sustainable ways, we’ll practice expanding our capacity for complexity, curiosity, and compassion.
I bring my humanity first and foremost to my role as a clinician. My therapy style is highly relational, loving, intuitive, and informed by the ongoing impacts of systemic trauma on mental health. I draw from my own intuition, lived experiences, and the voices of ancestors, teachers, and dear colleagues.
I also bring creativity and humor into sessions because healing is not only about processing pain but also rediscovering joy, playfulness, and authenticity. My hope is to help you reconnect with your strengths, honor your needs, and move toward a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
