Coaching

Half-hour sessions

Vent a little bit or set a goal and then brainstorm some strategies to try. This option is great if money or your schedule is tight.

Hour sessions

A deeper dive, a full hour allows for more spaciousness to be curious and supported in whatever comes up as we talk.

Sliding scale

I offer services on a three-tiered sliding scale in the interest of accessibility. I will never ask you for proof of any kind—I trust you to choose the appropriate tier in good faith. Consider the questions below for the person who will be paying for sessions.

Count “yes” answers.

  • Do you spend on things like caffeine drinks, clothes, or takeout food, even at cheap places or only very occasionally?

  • Do you have people in your life who could help you in a bind with things like money, a job, or a spare bed to stay?

  • Are you able to manage unexpected expenses with no or only some financial burden?

  • Are you able to afford enough food without foodstamps?

  • Do you currently own residential property or own a house or land? (This question does not apply to those who are Native or Indigenous)

  • Have you or do you expect to inherit a significant amount of money or property?

  • Are you caste-privileged?

  • Do you have any amount of savings?

  • Do you have a graduate degree?

  • Do you have healthcare?

Tier 1

0-3 “yes” answers

$60-70 / ₹1200

Tier 2

4-5 “yes” answers

$80-90 / ₹1700

Tier 3

6-8 “yes” answers

$100-150 / ₹2500
