Death, dying & end of life
I support individuals to prepare for the end of life, ensuring that planning is in place for when the time comes for transition to the spirit realm. This might involve helping individuals to write out their Advanced Directives, organizing personal belongings, planning for the disposition of possessions, legacy work, ritual and ceremony creation, and guiding conversations with family members about death and dying.
I also assist individuals with “Shadow Losses”—endings that don’t fit traditional categories of death but can still be deeply impactful. Shadow Losses may include experiences like miscarriage, divorce, the loss of a job, becoming disabled, moving away from family and friends, or the death of our past selves, because death and dying is not necessarily tied to physical death. These losses may not be widely recognized by society, but they can still bring about profound grief. Your grief is a gift to this world, a sign that your tender heart has dared to love. To know grief is to know love. I’ll support you in processing the grief you can no longer hold inside of you. Let me hold your big feelings!
